Summer is the time for community festivals and fun all across America.  The Newtown Heritage Festival in Stephens City, VA, folds a celebration into the telling of local history.

Life member Phil Fravel is an ambassador for many periods of history but feels a special attraction to the WWII era.  Thanks for inviting us to participate in the Newtown Festival, May 29, 2006.
