Conservation Corps State Museum - Camp San Luis Obispo, CA - The State Conservation Corps museum interprets the Civilian Conservation Corps, the California Conservation Corps, and 11 other related conservation corps groups in California.  

New Deal Legacy Project  "Under the sponsorship of the California Historical Society a team of volunteers and interns have undertaken a three-year project to reveal the forgotten legacy and lasting impact of President's New Deal." New Deal Legacy Project brochure

Missouri: 

CCC Legacy / NACCCA - St. Louis   The hub for information about CCC Alumni and the life and times of the Civilian Conservation Corps.

 

New York:  

New York State CCC Museum  Gilbert Lake State Park 

 

Virginia:

Association of Retired Soil Conservation Service Employees (ARSCSE) - The CCC camps within the Soil Conservation Service played a major role in the check of rampant erosion on mountains and plains.  This website gives attention to CCC projects with the SCS. 

Shenandoah County Heritage Day - April 9, 2005   This event showcases the history of Shenandoah County, Virginia and displays photos from events held previous years.  

USDA FS Lee District Office  Camp Roosevelt was located in the George Washington National Forest on the Massanutten Mountain in Powell's Fort Valley area of Shenandoah County, Virginia.  The Lee District office is a leader in the support of CCC history.  Please visit their web page for interesting information on the cultural history of the National Forest in the Shenandoah Valley.  

Virginia Association of Parks  Advocacy organization to strengthen volunteer efforts to protect Virginia's wide array of public parks. 

Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries - Birding and Wildlife Trail -  Daughter of the Stars Loop - This bird watching trail winds its way through the very heart of the land that originally came under the purview of CCC construction projects.  Many CCC camps, in addition to Camp Roosevelt, were established in this general area.

Virginia - Pocahontas State Park  The CCC built the first five State Parks in Virginia.  Pocahontas State Park has the only permanent full time CCC museum in Virginia. 

Washington DC: 

The Corps Network - An association of modern service corps from around the US:  "Strengthening America through service and conservation".  America's youth continuing the legacy of the CCC.   

 

West Virginia:  

West Virginia State CCC Museum Association - (WVSCCCMA) Highlighting the CCC in the State of West Virginia
