Shenandoah County Heritage Day - April 9, 2005 This event showcases the history of Shenandoah County, Virginia and displays photos from events held previous years. USDA FS Lee District Office Camp Roosevelt was located in the George Washington National Forest on the Massanutten Mountain in Powell's Fort Valley area of Shenandoah County, Virginia.
