Virginia:

Association of Retired Soil Conservation Service Employees (ARSCSE) - The CCC camps within the Soil Conservation Service played a major role in the check of rampant erosion on mountains and plains.  This website gives attention to CCC projects with the SCS. 

Friends of Prince William Forest Park - Advocacy for the preservation and enhancement of the natural and cultural resources of the Prince William Forest Park, a unit of the National Park Service, Triangle, Virginia.  

Shenandoah County Historical Society 

USDA FS Lee District Office  Camp Roosevelt was located in the George Washington National Forest on the Massanutten Mountain in Powell's Fort Valley area of Shenandoah County, Virginia.  The Lee District office is a leader in the support of CCC history.  Please visit their web page for interesting information on the cultural history of the National Forest in the Shenandoah Valley.  

Virginia - Pocahontas State Park  The CCC built the first five State Parks in Virginia.  Pocahontas State Park has the only permanent full time CCC museum in Virginia. 

Washington DC: 

The Corps Network - An association of modern service corps from around the US:  "Strengthening America through service and conservation".  America's youth continuing the legacy of the CCC.   

 

West Virginia:  

West Virginia State CCC Museum Association - (WVSCCCMA) Highlighting the CCC in the State of West Virginia
