March 31st marked a day for supporters of the annual Virginia CCC Members  Appreciation Day to celebrate.

Virginia's day of appreciation is part of a larger effort to support of CCC day of recognition for every state in the union as part of the 75th anniversary of the beginning of the CCC in 2008.

To bring attention to this day of recognition, news releases were issued in all regions around the state, a CCC education package was introduced in area elementary schools, and a CCC reception was held.

CCCers enjoy the evening  Norm Turner and nephew Jim Smalls & Charlie Martin Clyde Beachy & Hal Sharpe discussing Edinburg history. Enjoying the conversation! The table is always a good place to gather. Punch, anyone? Life Member, Sarah Farman, sends flowers of celebration!
